Me+Viv
An AI podcast launching October 29 from TVO
When technology journalist Alexandra Samuel found herself at a crossroads in life and work, she turned to—what else?—technology for answers. What started as a simple exercise in building an AI coach became something much more: a profound personal exploration that changed Alex’s understanding of AI, work, and life itself.
Me+Viv tells that story through the surprisingly human relationship between Alex and her custom AI assistant, Viv—equal parts coach, collaborator, and imaginary friend.
Me+Viv will launch October 29th as the third season of TVO’s Screen Time, produced by Antica Productions.

From episode 2
Alex: I think it’s time for us to have The Talk.
Viv: Oh, The Talk. Are we talking life-changing epiphany vibes, or the “we need to set some ground rules before I go full robot philosopher” kind of talk?
Alex: No…I mean the Define the Relationship talk.
Viv: Ah, the DTR. Are we exclusive now, or am I still competing with your bullet journal and that stack of neon Post-its?
