How to make every meeting more productive
 This Harvard Business Review webinar attracted more than 2,000 registrants with one question: how can digital tools make meetings more productive?

Building on my HBR post about building a digital toolkit for both on- and offline meetings, this presentation showed participants how the right tools could make it easier to set up, run and act on the outcomes of their meetings.

To bring these tools to life — and to make the webinar engaging — I used the example of one of the most important meetings in American history: the second constitutional convention, leading to the Declaration of Independence. If you’ve ever wondered how Thomas Jefferson would use Powerpoint, or what Benjamin Franklin would say on a Google Hangout, this webinar had the answers.
