One of the most successful I used in class was an in-class exercise on technology and development; I have posted a guide to using this exercise in other classes. The Resource Centre for Cyberculture Studies maintains a list of other courses in Cyberculture.Bruce Klopfenstein of Bowling Green State University has also compiled a list of Internet course syllabi. There are many online resources that encourage innovative use of information technology in teaching Political Science. The UK's Political Studies Association has published an online guide to using Information Technology for Politics Teaching. Karl Ho at the University of North Texas maintains a list of Political Science Cyberclasses -- courses that make significant use of the Internet. The University of Maryland maintains an excellent compendium of general resources on Teaching with Electronic Technology. |
