Web site template |

|
I have created a set of pages that you can use as the structure for your web site. You will still need to download and read the Web Design Guide in order to understand this structure. You can view the template site by clicking here.
If you want to use fewer pages, ignore evidence1, evidence2, and evidence 3. Instead place all your evidence on the evidence.html page. All you need to change is the "next" hyperlink in the bottom right corner of the evidence.html page. Select the "next" hyperlink and click the "link" button in Composer. Under link location, type "conclusion.html" (replacing evidence1.html). Your site now has 5 pages instead of 8. I am also including a bonus page, yourtemplate.html. You can use this to create additional pages, which you can then integrate into the existing navigation structure by creating additional links. You can download these files as a zip archive (for Windows) or a sit archive (for Macs). When you double-click to expand the archive on your hard drive, it will be in a folder called "sitetemplate". Please immediately rename that folder as yournamesite. When you have finished your site you can send it back to me; I'll tell you how to do this later in the semester. |
